Refund Policy

Last updated 1 October 2026

This policy covers payments for SharedLayers Pro. It is part of our Terms of Service.

14 days, on every payment

If you are not happy with Pro, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. This applies to every payment: the first one, each monthly or yearly renewal, and a charge for adding domains. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your SharedLayers account and tell us which payment you want back. The date or the order number on your receipt is enough. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.

How the money comes back

Pro is sold by Paddle, our online reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle issues every refund. It goes back to the payment method you paid with, in the currency you paid in. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

What happens to your plan

Refunding a subscription payment also ends the subscription, and your account moves to the free plan straight away. Nothing is deleted: your layers and comments stay. If you only want back a charge for added domains, say so, and we will refund that charge and remove the block without touching the rest of your subscription.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel at any time on the Plan page. Nothing more is charged, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This policy gives you at least that on every payment. Nothing in it limits any right you have under the law where you live.

When a refund can be refused

Paddle, which issues all refunds, may refuse one where there is evidence of fraud or of abuse of this policy, such as buying and refunding over and over.
